- Question: What are Special Edition Prints?
- Answer: Special edition art prints are "Giclée" printed onto fine art paper, signed by the artist and numbered. Each print will be accompanied by a Signed Certificate of Authenticity by the artist. You can choose print only or have craftsman framed options using Natural Wood, Silver or Gold coloured frames to complement these fine images. If you choose the Print Only option your print will be shipped in a protective postal tube.

- Question: How is the frame packed and shipped?
- Answer: We use purpose made shipping crates for delivery by our couriers. As glass is very fragile we only use "artshield" a high quality acrylic glass alternative to protect your investment in transit.

- Question: What is the Canvas Art.
- Answer: Canvas Art is an illustration or image digitally printed on to real canvas and then stretched over a solid wood frame to produce a contemporary look, perfect in the modern home.

- Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
- Answer: As our ranges are hand made to order please allow up to 28 days to receive your goods. However we will endeavour to ship your order within 14 days but this cannot be guarenteed at all times. If you require your items urgently please call customer services for advice.

- Question: Can I order a gift to be sent to another address?
- Answer: Yes we are happy to send your purchase to another address however we will need your delivery details along with a cheque payment, please call Customer Services 0870 4321013 for further information. Regretably we cannot ship until funds are cleared, please allow pleanty of time if your purchase is a gift.

- Answer: Delivery costs are dependant on weight and are calculated at the checkout stage of your purchase.
